What we do
You shouldn’t need a designer, a developer, a hosting company and an SEO agency to keep one website running. We handle the lot, and you deal with one person throughout.

Selected work
Three recent projects, and what changed for the business afterwards.
Norlund Dental · Three-location clinic · New website
The old site sent people to a phone number during working hours. We rebuilt it around a three-field booking form, one page per location, and clear pricing.
Reception stopped spending mornings on the phone. That alone paid for it. — Practice manager, Norlund Dental
Harbourline Cafés · Six sites · Online store
Recurring orders, grind options, pause-and-resume, and a wholesale portal for their trade accounts — all inside one store the team runs themselves.
We asked three agencies. They were the only ones who talked about our customers instead of our logo. — Founder, Harbourline Cafés
Fieldbrook Law · Commercial litigation · Rescue
Twelve thin practice-area pages consolidated into five, hosting moved, and the whole thing rebuilt so the firm owns the code this time.
For the first time we know where our website lives and who has the keys. — Managing partner, Fieldbrook Law
How it works
Four stages, a fixed price agreed before we start, and a weekly update so you’re never wondering what we’re doing with your money.
A 30-minute call about your business, your customers, and what the site actually has to achieve. We’ll tell you if you don’t need us.
Free · this week
You get a written quote with a fixed price, a page-by-page plan and a launch date. Nothing starts until you’re happy with it.
Within 3 days
Design first, then build on a private link you can check any time. Weekly demo, and two rounds of changes built into the price.
Weeks 1–5
We migrate, watch it for a fortnight, and train your team. Logins, domain and code are all in your name.
Week 6 · then yours
After launch
Plugins go out of date, a form quietly stops sending, someone deletes a page. A care plan means it’s already handled — and you’re not paying hourly to find out.
Our promise
The domain, the hosting account, the logins and the code are all in your name from day one. No licence keys that expire, no platform you can’t leave, no holding your site hostage if you’d rather work with someone else. Cancel a care plan any month and you keep a working website.
Before you ask
Most business sites land between $4,500 and $12,000 depending on how many pages and how much custom work is involved; stores usually start around $8,900. You’ll have a fixed written quote before anything begins, and the price doesn’t move unless you ask for something new.
Yes, and we’d rather you could. We build on the standard WordPress editor and record a short walkthrough for your team. If you’d rather not touch it, content changes are included in the Business and Partner care plans.
Then we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s worth rebuilding or repairing. Plenty of sites just need speed and mobile fixes, and we’ll say so — a $2,400 rescue is a better outcome for both of us than selling you a rebuild you didn’t need.
No. It’s optional, month to month, and cancellable any time. We recommend one because unmaintained WordPress sites are the ones that get hacked, but the site is yours either way.
You do — completely. Domain, hosting, logins and source code, all registered in your name. If you leave, you take a working site with you and nothing stops functioning.
Most of our clients are. We work remotely with a weekly demo video and a written update, plus a scheduled call whenever you want one.
